QBS Europe OÜ is a EU VAT supplier of enterprise IT equipment to the Polish B2B market. We work with systems integrators, data centers, telecom, banking, and manufacturing enterprises.

What We Do

• Project procurement. Full bill-of-materials for enterprise IT projects — not one-off items, but structured supply for data center refresh, campus network upgrades, telco RAN, and DR site build-outs.
• Multi-channel sourcing. Multiple parallel supply routes per SKU: authorized distributors, brokers, cross-region availability. Redundancy against single-supplier delays.
• VAT invoicing. Formal PPN invoices from EU VAT, certificate of origin, customs paperwork aligned with enterprise procurement processes.
• Long-tail catalog. End-of-life spares, obsolete generation upgrades, non-mainstream MPNs — items retail marketplaces do not carry.
